AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO ALL OUR PATIENTS:
Following the guidance of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other public health officials, we are limiting in-person patient visits, examinations and consultations to essential health matters.
We have also implemented telemedicine services for certain examinations and consultations. Please use our self-scheduling feature or contact our office to schedule an appointment.

If you have a scheduled appointment we ask that you please plan to keep your appointment unless you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, congestion, sore throat, runny-nose, muscle aches and pains or shortness of breath. If you are a patient experiencing these symptoms, contact your primary healthcare provider immediately.
